Slight updates to club rules.

FYI, I updated the rules on our front page that are in the "Club Info box."  Mostly I removed the rules having to do with reducing the amount I had to manually submit to the club before deviantart had a club system.

And if you're too lazy to go to the front page I'll sum it up for you. Your deviations will only be denied for three reasons. 1) You aren't following deviantart's rules. More specifically your deviation uses screenshots, scans, promotional death note artwork  &/or someone else's artwork. 2) You submitted it to the wrong category & I don't feel like moving it for you. 3) Your deviation has nothing to do with Tsugumi Ohba & Takeshi Obata's Death Note universe.
