As all of you should know, all the admins are having a hard time keeping up with the club's submissions. *Iggyness and =Elafros are on hiatus, ~ilovestrawberries is packed with school work along with the other admins. A lot of the time it's been a one person job here, and I don't have enough time to explain to every single submission note why we cannot accept it. I'm sorry for that, but if it was not submitted, please do NOT send us another note with the same image. We see all the notes and if it wasn't submitted there must have been a good reason. Please just accept that taking into account that we're all very busy and are all volunteering in the club to keep it going for the members. We're doing our best to keep this place up and running despite all of us being busy.

I also want to note that if you make a stink about not getting your artwork submitted, you will not have anything submitted to the club again. It's rude, inappropriate and immature and we will not support that behavior.

And if your art has been submitted by another admin and later another submission was turned down, please know that there are multiple people submitting deviations. Some have higher standards regarding the guidelines and won't submit certain pieces to the club.

I realize that these guidelines are strict, but once all the admins have more time to themselves (summer time), they will be a lot looser or even lifted completely.

I thank all of you who have been compliant to the changes around here and to some of you who have thanked the club personally for being around. Thank you all for understanding the situation.

You may have heard of ~Aubsneechan a lot before around the club here. Last time it was to pimp her DeathNote Family! It has grown exponentially since our last look thanks to all of you!

Now she's doing a Death Note doujinshi that she would like to share with all of us. It's just starting up, but looks lovely so far! Please give it a read and encourage her to make more pages! X3

Hey as noted below we temporarily have much stricter guidelines on what art will be accepted. Do note that the admins and volunteers opinions on what qualifies as "finished art" differs greatly. And who decides if it goes up is based on the person dealing with your note. So I apologize if something you submit is denied while something else submitted to the gallery may not be as good or complete. Please don't be offended. We're trying very hard to keep the club running and up to date.

And if you commented or noted on helping the club, sorry for not responding. I really appreciate that you have volunteered. I have finals this week, but I will try to note you all by next Sunday. I probably will not immediately need your help. But as interest wanders from the task of submitting art to the gallery, there will always be a need for volunteers further down the line, and I hope at least some of you will still be available.

We noticed that as soon as an admin doesn't update at least once a day we get a build up of over 20 notes of submissions!

We're really behind, I guess since, well in my opinion, Feb and Nov are the busiest months! (exams, report cards, applications all due around that time). So we're all a little busy.

Therefore, =Kini-Kinoku and I (*KatsuyaCrimson) have decided to put stricter rules on fanart submissions. PLEASE READ if you submit here a bit:
(These are addition to the other rules)

• Again, one fanart every 5 days per member!

• Fanart MUST be a complete fanart. It CANNOT be a quick sketch you did during school, and someone with like stick figures on it, that's now a NO-NO!

• Sketches MUST be neatly scanned.

• Also, this may be iffy, but it should be decently drawn. A person SHOULD be able to recognize the characters.

• No MEMEs, no WIPs, and IF you're going to colour it later, DON'T send us the line-art first; SEND us a the fully coloured piece.

• Good anatomy is a must.

• Please color neatly!! If we don't think it looks clean and sharp we won't submit it.

Thank you! And again, we apologies if these rules are too strict. We just have a lot of members and a LOT of work.
