2) Only death note related fan-art and fan-fics are accepted.
3) No photographs of commecial death note swag. (Exceptions made if you have used it for a photo comics, or made the clothes for the dolls)
4) No images of extremely poor quality will be accepted. For example: blurry photos, images scanned/ photographed that are too dark to see, and art that is too smudged to make out what it is.

How to submit:
Go to the club's front page> Click "Gallery"> Click "Submit to This Gallery" > Click "Contribute an Existing Deviation" > Select an art from your gallery >Click "OK"

All submissions have to be approved by a Mod before they go live.

~LunaticStrawberry is challenging the dA death note community to bring back the love for L. She challenges you all to draw L 5 times in two months by completing the sentence "L is for ___". Seems like fun.

Just a Martyr - Chapter Three Matsuda rolled over on the couch, peering out from beneath the safety of the arm slung across his face to eye the glowing display of his digital clock on top of the TV. 5:30.
If he had any hopes of getting to Light's funeral on time, he'd better get dressed and go.

But I don't want to go. I can't go...

By unfortunate and ironic chance, he'd happened to flip the channel to that bumbling station, Sakura TV. It was a cruel joke, considering all the Kira specials that had been aired on that channel, how he himself had been there to trick the "third Kira" into confirming his identity. Light was ecstatic. And why wouldn't he be? He had pulled off what no one had ever been able to do before. He had beaten Near at his own game. Of course, it came at a hefty loss of human lives, but to him he didn't care. To him, it was necessary in order to become god of the New World.

"Excellent work, Mikami. Well done." Light said to him as he passed by Near's assassin.

"Thank you, God." Mikami humbly responded.

"Now, the next step is to actually create the new world; where to begin is the question. America is already bowing down to me. So where next?" Light asked, although it was unclear whether he was talking to Refreshment of the New World - Dawn of New Destiny by ~caden17

"Light… Kira… It's over. You lost the game." Near said, in a quite emotionless tone.

Light looked stunned. However, he had a soft grin on his face. Not only that, he laughed. Although soft, he simply laughed. "I feel bad for you, Near. I guarantee you the pages in the notebook… they are real."

Near looked at Light slightly puzzled. "What do you mean, Kira? I had one of my men change the pages from Mikami's notebook so that they would look like the real thing. Not to mention the fact that the real pages are the ones with me at this very moment."

Once upon a time lived king Watari. He was an old kindly looking man who ruled his kingdom fairly and with a strong sense of justice. He ruled with his son, Prince Lawliet. Prince Lawliet, was known to the people simply by the name of L. He was a tall young man with pale white skin that complemented his messy hair that was the darkest black. His dark eyes it was said could read the very depths of a man's soul. It was because of this combined with a distrust of people that L very rarely made public appearances and very few people had seen his face.

On the 5th of May, all of us who have twitter should try and get #teamL trending. Of course, this is going to be pretty hard, we need LOADS of people talking about it for it to be a trend. So if we focus our tweets at around 3.00 p.m (English time) to 4.00 pm we might be able to do it.

So, you could (for example) tweet one of his quotes and put #teamL at the end, or even some art you have done of him. But the important thing is that your tweet must have #teamL somewhere in it.

It would be soooo awesome if we got it trending! x
